| Chefs Pies: |
All of our products are hand made from
start to finish and the meats that we use is locally
sourced and prepared by our own butchers. We have our
own bakers who prepare all the pastries overnight that
we use. At the moment we have 6 Chefs who cook all the
fillings for the pies; these are all done from scratch
recipes and no gravy mixes are used.
This gives us greater control over the product. Our
products have a very high meat content compared to other
pies.

have won more than 30 awards for our pies. These include
Gold Medals at the Slavackto Competition in Holland;
this is the biggest food event in Europe and is held
every 3 years. |

Bruce's pies are
a size larger than most individual pies in the North
East.
As the customer makes the purchase on the look of the
product, taste, perceived value, size and presentation
are vital to generate sales. Pies are often eaten as
take-away and must hold well without collapsing when
being eaten. Good products will keep the customer coming
