based in Fraserburgh, which is one of the biggest
fishing ports in Britain. We have access to the finest
fish, prepared to the same high standards as our meat. |
| We work with local fishing experts, who
select the best specimens, fresh from the catch. It is
chilled, filleted and skinned - then dispatched out on
the same day for delivery to our internet customers the
following day. It is carefully packed in polystyrene
boxes with cold packs which allow the fish to retain the
chilled sea-freshness for which our products are famed. |

Fish such as our North Sea
Cod, Haddock, Halibut and Monkfish are among the
healthiest meats you can eat. Naturally high in protein
and low in fat, with firm textured flesh, these rare
delicacies are some of the best fish to come out of the
Scottish seas.
